Tal y Foel is the home of Lewis and Judy Hutchings, and is on the shore of the Menai Straits (see the map to get your bearings). It is small and friendly, and in a peaceful rural location with spectacular views across the Straits to Caernarfon Castle and the mountains of Snowdonia. It is ideal for birdwatching, walking and fishing. We are near Newborough Forest and the beaches and tourist attractions of South Anglesey.
We offer bed and breakfast accommodation in three large en-suite rooms, two double/twin rooms with a double and single bed in each and one double room with additional bunk beds. All rooms have an en-suite washbasin, bath, shower and toilet (all with whirlpool baths). All can take an additional bed or cot.
We are also a stud farm and riding centre, and offer individually-designed riding holidays for adults or family members. (Please note, though, that we do not accept unaccompanied children.)
There are tea and coffee making facilities, radios, TV's, hairdryers and supplementary heating in all rooms. Guests are encouraged to make use of the house, including the conservatory (which has a TV and games cupboard). Other facilities include a high chair, iron and telephone callbox. Musicians can make use of the piano and organ in our private lounge.
There is a choice of reasonably-priced evening meals in nearby restaurants, or you can bring your own food and drink back to consume on the seashore, in the conservatory, or in the garden at Tal-y-Foel.

We have one double/family ground-floor bedroom 2010 Prices: £ 37.50 per person per night (two people sharing). Children sharing with two parents: £15 Under-threes free.
